Medusa is an esp32S3 based usb uvc camera platform for low resolution machine vision applications. I made it because i needed something i could really integrate into my projects for low res video without the size of a USB-A and with a low BOM cost. It works with OV2640 and OV5640 cameras. I also use it for eye tracking in my helmet (with an IR sensitive variant of the OV2640):

The video is sent back over USB uvc so it’s plug and play. No fussy drivers needed.
